There are numerous techniques, modalities and paths to self-healing, self-realization and inner peace but not all paths are appropriate for everyone. How is one to know what is appropriate for him or her? Listening to one's intuition is the best way of knowing but I have specifically developed this section to help guide different personalities to a suitable path based on their mind-body type.
